George Kordos

Principal Lawyer - AFL Kordos


George Kordos has worked in family law for over a decade, originally working as a family law clerk and paralegal through university before being admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia.

With majors in Psychology and Sociology and a passion for philosophy, he is a dogged advocate for those in complex, traumatic or otherwise difficult stages of their lives. He adopts a no judgment, client first approach in all of his matters.

George is committed to helping each and every one of his clients through their family law issue in a compassionate and cost effective manner, whether it entails complex parenting, financial or other issues. Whilst remaining focused on resolving matters as efficiently as possible, he is also a primary litigator in the Victorian branch, a Practise Leader, and frequently makes appearances in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in both Division 1 and Division 2.

In his off time, George is passionate about music, playing guitar, MMA.
